Product description:Caustic Calcined Magnesite Powder(Magnesium Oxide) is anti-bending, anti-compression, highly-intensive, binding and cementing. It is widely used in defense, medicine, chemical industry, papermaking, shipbuilding industries and so on. In building industry, it could be used for tire-board, particle board, insulation columns, railing, artificial marble, the inhalation of asbestos, common tile, wall panels and ground laying.
With the advancement of science and technology, the usage of light burning magnesium block is wider. It could also be used to make civil products, packaging carton for light and heavy machinery, packaging end beam, high temperature refractory materials, and beautiful attractive bright glossing furniture. In machinery, it is also used to cast models.
Magnesium oxide (MgO) is generally known as magnesite, light burning powder, as well as magnesium oxide powder. Its density is 2.94, a kind of white powder. Its melting point is 2852oC, while boiling point is 3600oC. Dissolved in acid and ammonium salt, but difficult to dissolve in water and ethanol. When calcinations temperature reaches 400oC, its specific surface area is 180m2/g. When calcinations temperature reaches 1300oC, its specific surface area is only 3m2/g. It is easily deliquescence in the air. It is a kind of binding cementing material.
